Tad, RFC, CRPC® is a published author, radio and television host, industry trainer, speaker, and philanthropist. Tad has been helping retirees work towards their financial and retirement goals for many years. He holds himself to the highest level of standards when providing investment advice to clients. Tad’s responsibility is to help design, implement, and monitor your individual plan. In addition to his passion for helping others, Tad enjoys playing music and time with his wife and three daughters.

Toni Hill, Co-Founder, President
and Wealth Advisor

Toni, RFC is a nationally-recognized coach for other financial professionals, author, radio host, philanthropist and retirement advisor. She also funnels her passion into the causes that inspire her, like Birmingham’s Jimmie Hale Mission, the USO, several Birmingham Churches, and the Make a Wish Foundation. Toni also founded the Freedom Financial Bank of Esperanza, which funds local female-owned startup businesses in the Dominican Republic. In addition to spending time with her husband and business partner, Tad, and their daughters, Toni enjoys spending time at Lake Martin, exploring new places with family, hiking, and reading.

Erica Williams, Chief Operations Officer

Erica is the Chief Operations Officer and specializes in overseeing and implementing new processes across the company to ensure that we are taking care of our families as efficiently as possible. Erica graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor in Music in Oboe Performance. She is a huge history buff and loves reading, writing, horseback riding, and exploring new places.
