Tad, RFC, CRPC® is a published author, radio and television host, industry trainer, speaker, and philanthropist. Tad has been helping retirees work towards their financial and retirement goals for many years. He holds himself to the highest level of standards when providing investment advice to clients. Tad’s responsibility is to help design, implement, and monitor your individual plan. In addition to his passion for helping others, Tad enjoys playing music and time with his wife and three daughters.

Toni, RFC is a nationally-recognized coach for other financial professionals, author, radio host, philanthropist and retirement advisor. She also funnels her passion into the causes that inspire her, like Birmingham’s Jimmie Hale Mission, the USO, several Birmingham Churches, and the Make a Wish Foundation. Toni also founded the Freedom Financial Bank of Esperanza, which funds local female-owned startup businesses in the Dominican Republic. In addition to spending time with her husband and business partner, Tad, and their daughters, Toni enjoys spending time at Lake Martin, exploring new places with family, hiking, and reading.
Erica Williams, Chief Operations Officer
Erica is the Chief Operations Officer and specializes in overseeing and implementing new processes across the company to ensure that we are taking care of our families as efficiently as possible. Erica graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor in Music in Oboe Performance. She is a huge history buff and loves reading, writing, horseback riding, and exploring new places.

Cole graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well his dog, Kona. He also enjoys playing golf, watching sports and trying new restaurants.

Sean has been published in Kiplinger magazine and has been named a Rising Star of Finance in the Birmingham Business Journal. Sean graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Finance.
He is a Birmingham native and now lives in Inverness with his wife Bailey and their two children, William and Wesley. In his free time, Sean’s favorite things are spending time with friends and family, playing golf, cooking, watching sports, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.

After graduating, Tyler spent a year teaching English in the Czech Republic. Tyler is Tad and Toni’s middle daughter, and has been working for them since she was 16.

Sarah lives in Vestavia with her husband, Alan, and their three children, Hayden, Aly, and Ryan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and watching LSU football.

She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor's degree in mathematical finance, holds a life and health insurance license, and received the Birmingham Business Journal's 2023 NextGen: Money award. Genesis enjoys spending time with her husband Cody, and fur babies Wookie and Flynn. She loves historical dramas, Disney, Taylor Swift, traveling to new places, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Christy is a member of the Client Service Team and helps take care of our client families and assists with onboarding. She has previous banking experience and over 15 years of experience providing account maintenance and service to participants of the Thrift Savings Plan.
She attended Troy State where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in German. During her time at Troy, she went overseas as an exchange student and ended up living a total of 5 1/2 years in Germany. She enjoys watching British TV shows with her boyfriend Jeremy and her cat Screech, cooking, reading, and collecting craft supplies and creating things (including crochet, cross stitch, painting, and making bracelets).
